To support our growth, we are looking for a Director of Operations who will be able to mobilize teams and optimize the performance of our manufacturing operations.
Your role
Reporting to senior management, the Director of Operations is responsible for overall production performance and operational efficiency. He or she coordinates the activities of the various manufacturing departments to ensure:
- on-time delivery
- product quality
- resource optimization
- operational profitability
Your responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production activities between the various departments
- Supervising production teams and supervisors
- Optimizing the use of human, material, and technical resources
- Ensuring delivery deadlines and quality standards are met
- Analyzing operational performance and improving productivity
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Controlling production costs and contributing to project profitability
- Maintaining a structured, safe, and collaborative work environment
Required profile
We are looking for an operational leader capable of structuring, mobilizing, and improving operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing operations management
- Engineering degree an asset
- Leadership and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in continuous improvement (an asset)
